UCLA MRSC/RDRC
Welcome to the Controlled Access for Radiation Exposure (CARE) system! This submission process is for the Medical Radiation Safety Committee (MRSC) and/or the Radioactive Drug Research Committee (RDRC) to review protocols that included administration of radiation and/or radioactive materials to human subjects.
To use this system each user needs an account. You must request an account before submitting a protocol application and uploading documents for review. Please be aware that protocols can only be viewed and changed through the Principal Investigator's account. Coordinators can submit a protocol, but they will be blinded to it after submission.
